Czuczman Lab Members

	Myron S. Czuczman MD, Principal Investigator I joined the staff of Roswell Park Cancer Institute in 1992, as an attending physician in the Department of Medicine, and was appointed Head of the Lymphoma/Myeloma Service in 1998. I am also an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University at Buffalo (UB) School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
	Francisco J Hernandez-Ilizaliturri MD, Co-Principal Investigator I joined the staff of Roswell Park Cancer Institute in 2003, as an Assistant Professor, Department of Medicine, and Physician Scientist in the Department of Immunology. I earned my medical degree from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudio Superiores de Monterrey, Mexico, in 1995. I completed residency training in Internal Medicine at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in 1999 and fellowship training in the departments of Medicine and Immunology at RPCI in 2002.
	Ping-Chiao Tsai (graduate student) I joined the Czuczman lab in June 2006 after having completed the required lab rotations. Over the past year, I have learnt a lot of experimental techniques and have received a lot of guidance and support from my mentors, lab members and other colleagues in the department. I recently completed the qualifying exam and have finally become a “true” pHD student! A step closer to becoming a doctor! Hooray!! The focus of my thesis is the mechanisms of CD20 downregulation and its relevance to acquired resistance to rituximab. There are still a few years ahead of me (hopefully I can see myself in graduation gown in the perceivable future). I know there are going to be a lot of work to do. However, at the same time, I am sure I am going to have a lot of fun in this lab.
