Description of Research and Research Interests:
My research interests include: identification, mechanistic study and molecular epidemiology study of bioactive molecules from naturally existing sources such as vegetables or herbs to specifically prevent the occurrence or re-occurrence of certain typse of cancer. My current research focuses on understanding how dietary components such as cruciferous vegetables influence cancer survival in bladder and breast cancer patients.
