Choco-Logo presents wine and chocolate tasting event to benefit cancer research and patient care

Buffalo, NY – Dan Johnson, owner and chocolatier of Choco-Logo Confectionery Design is inviting sweethearts with a sweet tooth to tour the downtown factory and pair white and red wines with premium handmade chocolates for Valentine's Day. “A Perfect Pair” Wine and Chocolate Pairing event benefits The Paint Box Project at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
On Saturday, February 13th, factory tours with samples will be conducted followed by a wine and chocolate pairing. Dan will also lead a lively discussion of gourmet chocolate-making techniques and trends. Tours begin at 5:30pm and run every 45 minutes until 8pm. A Friday, January 12th event will open up if needed.
Timed tickets are available for $15 each by calling 716-855-3500, or stopping in the downtown store at 141 Broadway (between Elm and Michigan). Space is limited. All proceeds from ticket sales and 10% of all retail sales during the event will benefit Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
The retail store will be stocked with Valentine's treats: Truffles, famous Salty Turtles, Nutcorn and beautifully packaged assortments.
