The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) featured RPCI’s Dr. Tracey O’Connor, Department of Medicine, in a recent story about Vitamin D research. The news and current affairs program The National examined the role of Vitamin D and its potential cancer-fighting benefits.

“Patients with adequate Vitamin D levels seem to do better,” said Dr. O’Connor in the segment. “Now whether that means that we give someone Vitamin D at diagnosis and make that change is unknown.”
