Strengthened in part by the continued growth and rebuilding of the 25-acre campus, intensive recruitment efforts have added 100 leading cancer specialists to RPCI’s already stellar team of scientists over the past three years alone. By expanding working relationships with other leading research institutions, RPCI magnifies the potential of its own intellectual capital.

Each year, RPCI attracts nearly $60 million in research support, including federal grants and contracts, commercial sponsorships, and donations. Demonstrating the quality and productivity of Roswell Park’s research faculty, the Institute has been among the National Cancer Institute (NCI) top grantees for a number of years. RPCI ranked 37th among more than 2,000 institutions, research universities and companies in NCI’s most recent report.
